Crawfish Bake

Ingredients: 1 pack of Crawfish tails
Cayenne Pepper
Potato bread
Vegetable Oil
1- Tbl Spoon Flour
Salt
Pepper
Shredded Cheese
1- Small Whipping Cream
Recipe: Add oil and Flour and bring to high heat and add Whipping cream stirring vigorously. after good roux is achieved add crawfish tails and simmer for 5 minutes. Set mixture aside. Prepare potato bread by halving and laying on a cookie sheet. Take blend and generously spoon over bread then add shredded cheese and bake on 350 degrees until golden brown and serve and enjoy. A party favorite
