Chicken Nachos

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more or less to taste
1 (12oz) package tortilla chips
1 (8oz) package Mexican style blended cheese, shredded
1 (7oz) can diced green chilies, drained
1. In medium bowl combine chicken, oil and cayenne pepper. Let sit at least 15 minutes
2. Heat pan over med- high heat. Add chicken mixture & cook until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Pre-heat oven to 325 F. Spread thin layer of chips in baking dish. Sprinkle chips with ¼ chicken, ¼ green chilies, and ¼ cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top.
4. Bake 15-20 min, until cheese is melted and everything is heated throughout. Serve with your favorite Nacho toppings.
