Stefan Chase is happy to be in the fourstates and is proud to call one them her hometown.

Raised in Topeka, Kansas, Stefan knew by the second grade that she loved the art of story telling and writing as well. It wasn't until she left for college in Atlanta and took a tour of the CNN building there, that she discovered she wanted to work in news.

Stefan has worked here in Missouri before. She worked as a general assignment reporter and fill-in anchor in Columbia at KMIZ. She has also worked at stations in Macon, GA and Kingston, NY. In her current position as the morning and noon anchor here at KSN 16, Stefan enjoys researching and sharing the day's top stories with viewers.

When she's not working, Stefan works on her golf skills and hopes to one day make her father proud with a perfect for par game! Stefan also enjoys shopping, talking, reading the New York Times and O magazine. Some of her favorite movies include Heat with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro as well as Sparkle with Irene Cara.
