As far as I can remember I have wanted to be in the news business. Growing up, I would attentively watch every on-air move an anchor or reporter would make.  Years later I am proud to say I will be working for the four state area. I have multiple interests as a journalist- news reporting, meteorology, sports, and entertainment.

 I am an alumni of the University of Arkansas where I was very involved in my sorority, the Hot Pink Ribbon organization, Race for the Cure, and the University's television station.  I have interned at WCBS and MTV in New York City, and KTUL in Tulsa. Among my experiences I have been fortunate to interview talent at the “Mama Mia!” red carpet premiere, the New York Jets staff, an Academy Award Winning group, Nolan Richardson, and Coach Petrino.  I have received awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, Arkansas Broadcaster's Association, and Arkansas Journalists.

I look forward to meeting viewers at our charity and fundraising events and am proud to call KSN my "news' home"!
