JOPLIN, MO- For now, there is food on the shelves at Joplin's Soul's Harbor, but officials say the supply could disappear in as little as a week. Recent donations have helped to keep items in the pantry, but more people are needing help than ever before. Officials say they've been giving out several hundred boxes of food each month, and they don't expect that to change.
