JOPLIN, MO-- The U.S. Supreme Court is in session, and justices are considering a number of cases that could mean landmark rulings on key political and social issues, in particular those involving class action lawsuits. Attorney Aaron Sachs discusses the ins and outs of these cases in this week's Legally Speaking.
