24-Hour Marathon Build

JOPLIN -- Rebuild Joplin is hoping volunteers can help with a 24-hour construction marathon to finish a home in the disaster area. Construction will start at midnight Sunday night, and crews will work on the home until 11:59PM Monday. Volunteers will be working in six hour shifts, and there is plenty of work to do. Organizers say even if you are not a professional builder, they could still use your help. To sign up, contact Rebuild Joplin at (417) 623-0065.
