AFTON, OK--- As heavy rainstorms moved across Northeast Oklahoma Tuesday morning, a high-voltage power line structure toppled down due to isolated wind damage around 10am. The Grand River Dam Authority personnel worked to reroute power deliveries around the damaged line, mobilized, and moved the scene. The crews were successful with the installation of a new structure by Tuesday evening.
