Spring River Christian Village Valentine Queen and King

JOPLIN, MO.--- Spring River Christian Village hosted their annual Valentine social. The residents nominated a total of 5 kings and 5 queens. Larry Martin, a fairly new Spring River member says he was surprised to be nominated.
"Well, it makes me feel good. Some of them say 'I'm voting for you, I like ya.' So, that always makes you feel good, everyone wants to be liked," says Larry Martin, King Nominee.
Martin didn't win, but we do want to congratulate the winners, Lowell Haslich was named king, and Jane Johnson was named queen.
