Frontenac Student Selected to All-State Honor Band

FRONTENAC -- Senior Brittany Sellars was selected to represent the school in this year's all-state honor band. The selections are made by the Kansas Music Educator's Association. Sellars says it was a lot of work, but it was worth it.

"It's taken a lot of practice. The last week before state, I was practicing for hours and hours and hours."

The all-state band will meet in Wichita February 21-23.
