GRANBY, MO---City council members voted to raise the price from ten to $13 for every 1500 gallons of water.  Residents will see the extra $3 on their July bill.  City officials say their water rates are the lowest in the area and it was necessary to charge more. Granby residents could also see an increase in their sewer rates but nothing has been decided yet.
