Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie 1 container 6oz Lowfat/Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt 1 c. Cool Whip 1 Medium Banana 2 c. Crushed Ice Place all ingredients in blender cover and blend on high for 30 seconds or until well blended. New Strawberry Shortcake Nilla Wafers 3 c. sliced strawberries divided 3 c. cold milk (skim) 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Sugar Free/ Fat Free Cheese cake flavor instant pudding 1 tub (8oz) Cool whip Strawberry Whipped topping Cover bottom of 2-1/2qt serving bowl with 24 of the wafers, top with 1 cup of the strawberry slices. Set aside. Pour milk into med. Bowl add dry pudding mix whisk until blended. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the strawberry layer; cover with 1 cup of the whipped topping. Repeat the layers. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Arrange 8 whole wafers and 8 strawberry slices alternately around the edge of the serving bowl. Top with remaining 12 wafers and ½ c. remaining strawberry slices and the remaining whipped topping. Enjoy! Strawberry Cream Cake 1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs Melted butter 3 Tbsp 1 pt strawberries 1 ¾ c boiling water 1 pkg 8 serving strawberry Jell-O 2 c. ice cubes 1 8 oz tub cool whip Mix crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom and sides of greased springform pan. Refrigerate. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes stir until melted. Add whip topping and mashed strawberries; stir gently until well blended. Refrigerate 10 min or until mixture is thick spoon into prepared crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm set. Arrange sliced strawberries and garnish, as you would like.
