KRAFT’S QUICK ITALIAN SPINACH PIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 container (16 ounce) 2% Lowfat Cottage Cheese

1 package (10 ounce) Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed, well-drained

  (may need to pat dry to remove excess water)

1 cup Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

4 eggs (lightly beaten)

½ cup chopped red bell peppers

1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

RECIPE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all ingredients until well blended.

Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake 40 minutes or until center is set.
