1) Split watermelon and scoop out the contents of one large seedless watermelon. Set the empty rind aside to use as bowl.
2) Place the scooped watermelon into bowl and add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.
3) Let the ingredients sit for about an hour in the fridge, allowing the flavors to combine. Serve in watermelon bowl.
