Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
from www.kraftrecipes.com

1 egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla

1) Beat egg in large bowl with mixer until foamy.  Add remaining ingredients; mix well

2) Shape into 1-inch balls.  Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.  Flatten, in crisscross pattern
with tines of fork.

3) Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned.  Cool on baking sheets 1 minute.  Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

These cookies require no flour.  In the recipe on the show, Ruth eliminated the final two ingredients, using just the egg, peanut butter and sugar.
