DIABETIC COOKING'S
FABULOUS FONDUE
Ingredients:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
cup low fat milk (2%)
2-3 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
1 large banana, sliced
2 medium apples, sliced
2 medium oranges, peeled & cut into segments
Directions:
1. Heat chocolate chips in small saucepan over very low heat until melted & smooth. Stir in milk & pecans; cook 1 minute.
2. Pour fondue into serving dish; serve immediately with fruit for dipping.
Makes 6 servings = 3 tablespoons fondue per serving
