Shannon & Alan Cooking Challenge- Quick & Easy Burrito

QUICK & EASY BURRITOS

Hormel Microwave Roast
12 oz. can refried beans (Mike prefers Kuner's with fire roasted chiles)
Pace Salsa Verde
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
12" flour tortillas

1) Microwave the roast according to directions.

2) Remove roast and shred the meat. Place meat back into gravy.

3) Add beans and salsa to meat mixture in a microwavable bowl. Heat.

4) Spoon a small dab of the mixture onto a tortilla, add cheese then roll it up.

5) Eat.

Makes about 10 burritos. Other variations include jalapeno slices, onion, avocado and black olives.
