St. John's- Healthy Quiche

Ingredients:
3 KRAFT DELI FRESH Swiss Cheese Slices, cut into quarters
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Canadian Bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1cup EGGBEATERS
¼ cup green peppers
½ cup KRAFT 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
Make it:
PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 9-inch pie plate with non-stick spray.
Arrange Swiss cheese pieces evenly on bottom of pie plate & then top with the Canadian bacon. SHAKE EGGBEATERS until well blended & pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with green peppers & shredded cheese; top with tomato slices.
BAKE 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F; continue baking 25-30 minutes or until center is set & top is lightly browned.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 6 wedges to serve.
