Dealing With Bugs

Make a line of flour where ants come in and they will not cross over it.
Wasps
Find the nest and wait until night to spray it. They are less active at night and most of the wasps will be in the nest. Never get on a ladder to spray wasp nests. You might miss and it`s difficult to climb down a ladder with angry wasps swarming around. And keep in mind, wasps can sting more than once.
Bees and bee stings
Do not pull the stinger out from a bee sting. Take a credit card or knife and rake it out. Pulling it out will make it worse. Make a paste of meat tenderizer and water to put on the area where the stinger came out and it will help break down the venom. Also, should you get stung, you can place a slice of onion the sting for a few minutes to ease the pain.
Woodpeckers
You hear the rapping of the woodpecker and then see the holes they leave. Put your BB gun or pellet gun away. The woodpecker is a highly protected animal. They are either looking for food or marking their territory. Instead, cover the holes with tin. This may drive them away.
