Meets income guidelines. (Single: $14,700 or less Married: $19,800 or less)
Does not count assets
Pays 1/2 of out of pocket perscription costs (not premium)
No enrollment fee.
No deadline - can enroll anytime during year.
Trivia: MO is ranked 13th nationally in citizens aged 65 or older. Ranked 9th nationally with 28% of its Medicare beneficiaries age 65 or older living below 150% of Federal poverty level. Also 40% of potential Medicare beneficiaries in MO are disabled and under the age of 65. Estimated number of people eligible for MoRx in Barton, Jasper, Newton, and McDonald counties: 9,308.
