St. John's Healthy Cooking/Easy Stuffing Turkey Bake

1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix (6 oz)
1 1/2 lbs. turkey
1 can reduced fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables (thawed & drained)
1) Prepare stuffing according to directions.
2) Preheat oven to 400.
3) Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread at the bottom of a casserole dish.
4) Top with stuffing. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
