St. John's Healthy Cooking/Overnight Casserole

8 slices bread (any kind) 4 eggs 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon onion flakes Salt and Pepper to taste 1 cup diced ham 3/4 cup shredded cheese Place 4 slices of bread in baking dish. Layer ham and cheese on bread. Cover with remaining bread. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread layers. Allow to sit in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight. Bake in oven at 375 for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
