CARL JUNCTION -- Jamie Hartness, 32, was take into custody Friday by the Jasper County Sheriff's Office. Tulsa police sent out a warrant for Hartness, charging him with four counts of sexual battery and three counts of indecent exposure. Jasper county detectives and US Marshals were searching several locations looking for Hartness when they found him at a home in Carl Junction. After a half-mile pursuit, he was arrested and is currently being held at the Jasper county jail pending extradition to Oklahoma.
"It's very difficult to work multi-agency type cases, and then you have a good result in the end where you actually catch the suspect and it definitely brings a sense of comfort to everyone," says Sgt. Chris Hargis with the Japser County Sheriff's Office.
