Controversy over California Senate Bill 1172

JOPLIN, MO-- Last fall, the Governor of California signed a controversial bill that bans a form of therapy aimed at altering the sexual orientation of minors. But an appeals court has blocked the law after some parents sued. Attorney Aaron Sachs discusses the status of California Senate Bill 1172 in this week's Legally Speaking.
