DEERFIELD -- Cedar County Sheriff's Deputies took Jeremy Maples, 33, into custody Saturday afternoon, after receiving an anonymous tip. Maples has been charged with first degree murder in connection to the death of Belinda Beisly.

Beisly was found dead in her home north of Deerfield in July 2009 after she did not show up for work. Her estranged husband, Bob Beisly, Jr. was arrested Friday and is also charged with first degree murder in the case/ Investigators say Beasley and Belinda and her husband were in the process of a divorce when she was killed. They also say Bob Beisly, Jr. was considered a person of interest during the investigation, but did not have enough evidence to charge him until recently. Investigators say Maples worked on Beisly's farm when the crime took place. Both suspects are being held in the Vernon county jail without bond.
