PITTSBURG -- The non-profit group 'Musicians for Miracles' organizes music bands to play at fundraisers across the four states. Sunday, volunteers organized eight bands to play free of charge to help raise money for a Pittsburg resident who is battling lung cancer. All donations at the concert are given directly to the people in need. The group has put together 18 different events since 2011, raising more than $50,000. Organizers say they are happy to help someone in need.

"I think what I love most about it is just seeing the community come together in support of somebody that's really sick that needs their help," says Musicians for Miracles founder Mark Lockhart.
