Shannon & Alan Cooking Challenge- Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients for Pudding:
1 - 40 oz. can of yams (drained)
¼ cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 14 oz. can eagle brand
Directions for Pudding:
Beat yams till fluffy with a mixer. (some lumps may remain)
Add remaining ingredients & mix well.
Place in a 9 x 13 greased pan.
Ingredients for Topping:
¾ stick melted margarine
2/3 cup of chopped pecans
¾ cup of packed brown sugar
Directions for Topping:
Mix together.
Drop by spoonfuls on top of yam mixture.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
