Chicken Fiesta Dip
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese softened
1 c. Reduced fat sour cream
1 c. Reduced fat cheddar or Mexican style cheese
1 pkt. Taco seasoning
4 green onions, sliced
1 ½ c. chopped cooked chicken
1 small tomato chopped
¼ sliced black olives
Reduced fat chips to enjoy
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ½ c. of the shredded cheese, the taco seasoning and onions in medium bowl.
Stir in chicken.
Place in 1 ½ qt casserole dish or 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
Top with remaining ½ c. cheese, the tomatoes and olives.
Serve with chips.
Fruit Bites
Reduced Fat Graham Crackers
Canned Cool Whip
Choice Sliced Fruit
Place cool whip on graham top with favorite fruit.
Pecan Grillers
1 c. Pecans
Preheated grill.
Use 2-sheets foil; fold into container to hold pecans.
Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Add spice of choice pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and lemon powder, use your imagination.
Can also make sweet with sugar cinnamon option.
Place on grill grate for 6-8 minutes stir frequently.
Cool 5 minutes before serving
