JOPLIN, MO.--- Celebrity Chef Irvine and his crew transformed the Boys and Girls Club into a new space for kids to eat, work, and play. "Restaurant Impossible" filmed the project over the course of 4 days this past August. Executive Director Rhonda Gorham can't give too much information away, but she says the kids are loving the remodeled club.

"The kids were very excited, they were thrilled to see all the new things. They've been very excited of the new remodel. We've been able to add some new things, so it's been a great experience," states Rhonda Gorham, Executive Director.

The special holiday edition of "Restaurant Impossible" airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on the Food Network.
