NEOSHO, MO---
Administrators brought in two multi-million dollar texting and driving simulators. Students lined up to test their driving skills while typing out a message on a fake phone. The event was hosted by Crowder's Student Life program. Those who gave it a try say it's something they will remember next time they get behind the wheel.
Crowder College student Colton Dunn says, "Just getting people thinking, that is all you really can do. No one can just stand over your shoulder and be like 'hey, don't do that.' So just the fact that it's on people's minds really help."
There was also a casket on display to show what could happen as a result of texting and driving.
