JOPLIN, MO.--- Many parents took their children to the Joplin Family Y.M.C.A today due to school cancellations. They offer a daycare service for parents. It's $15 a day for "Y" members, and $25 for non-members. The kids get to play sports and eat lunch. Parents says it's a nice option that their kids enjoy.

"When you are here on a snow day. They give you everything you need here, they give you lunch, have activities, games," said Hannah Turner, 8 years old.

If you would like to sign up for the "Y" after school program, you can call them during regular business hours.
