JOPLIN, MO.--- Redistricting was the topic of conversation at a private Joplin School Board meeting this morning. Board members met with the Redistricting Committee to discuss the future zoning plans. The committee is made up of 30 parents and teachers.
They discussed how the plans could affect their schools and their students. Officials say Cecil Floyd parents and teachers have the most concerns. The groups decided to schedule 4 information sessions to better inform parents. They will take place next week, the schedule will be released tomorrow.
