1 white onion
1 cup of celery
1 can rotel tomatoes 28 oz.
1 can kidney beans 15 oz.
Half cup Jalapenos
2 cans of 5.5 oz tomato juice
2 lbs of ground turkey
2 packets of McCormick Chili seasoning
Saute onions and celery before adding the ground turkey.
Cook the turkey until it is brown, then add the McCormick seasoning along with the beans, Jalapenos and tomatoes.
Let the dish simmer for half an hour before serving
