WEBB CITY, MO--- A registered sex offender is arrested for living too close to a school. Robert Beck, 31, of Webb City had been living within 730 ft. from Webb City High School, Mark Twain Elementary and the Head Start program. Under state law a sex offender has to live 1000 ft. from a school or child care facility. Beck was given a 30-day notice to move to a different location but did not comply.
