NAIFA is the largest professional association dedicated to the protection and advancement of insurance and financial advisors nationwide. We are the Joplin area chapter that meets the third Tuesday of each month at a local venue to stay current on issues.
Mission
To empower the local agent to be seen as a professional in this area, that conducts their agency with ethical values.To offer classes to help achieve professional product knowledge, offering state required continuing education and classes that will lead to professinal designations representing our Industry, which are offered by NAIFA.

Our organization represents agents with over 50 Major Insurance Companies, not only in life and health insurance, but in all lines of Insurance. We also have Associate Members that represent other businesses that make our businesses flow better and help us serve our clients more effectively.
Description
As a working team of agents representing many insurance companies in the Joplin, Missouri area, we strive for professionalism in our industry.This is achieved through informative meetings that bring about better product knowledge for the agents. Workshops for the consumers with networking abilities for our agent members. Involvement in community by serving the needs of critically ill children through our community serviice project HELP THE CHILDREN.

Founded in 1890 as The National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU), NAIFA is one of the nation's oldest and largest associations representing the interests of insurance professionals from every Congressional district in the United States. NAIFA members assist consumers by focusing their practices on one or more of the following: life insurance and annuities, health insurance and employee bene...fits, multiline, and financial advising and investments. NAIFA's mission is to advocate for a positive legislative and regulatory environment, enhance business and professional skills, and promote the ethical conduct of its members. In southwest Missouri we want your voice heard in DC! WE work as a team for professionalism in our industry. This occurs with our CE classes, our Professional designation certified class offerings as well.
