What: JHS Freshmen Orientation and Dance
When: August 14 & 15
7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Joplin High School Gymnasium
Dance information: Thursday, August 15 from 8:30 to 10 p.m. in the JHS gymnasium. The dance is for incoming freshmen only.
Students only need to attend one night of orientation, either Wednesday or Thursday.
The event offers incoming freshmen the opportunity to tour the building, learn the rules, meet the staff and other students, and get familiar with high school procedures.
