Ingredients:
1 head of califlower - cut into
bitesize pieces (raw)
2 bunches of broccoli - cut into
bitesize pieces (raw)
1/2 cup raisins (golden are the best)
6 slices of backon cooked very crisp (not
burned), crumble into small pieces.
1 cup mayonaise
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Put broccoli and califlower in a large bowl. Add raisins. Add mayo, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and then add bacon. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, mix again.
