NANCY HURST`S MONKEY BREAD
Ingredients:
24 Rhoades Frozen dinner rolls
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of raisins (you can use more)
1- 3 oz package of Butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1/4 cup of sugar
(1/2 cup of pecans is optional)

DIRECTIONS:
spray thoroughly with Pam; throw in 24 frozen rolls; mix brown sugar and pudding dry and sprinkle over rolls; then mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over rolls; then sprinkle raisins on top; lastly, melt the stick of butter and drizzle over the top. Set pan on top of cookie sheet. Leave out overnight to rise.
In the morning, the rolls should be swollen up over the top of the pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cook for 30 minutes on bottom rack. (Make sure to take top rack us taken out. Also, keep pan on cookie sheet while cooking, because it will leak!) Let cool 10 minutes....turn over and ENJOY!!
