Valentine's Day Dinner with Carol Parker and Philip 2/14/13

Carol's Chicken Anna Dish Recipe:
Eight chicken breasts in flat pan
Cover with two cans of golden mushroom soup
Bake one hour at 350 deg.
Then add sliced potatoes and frozen peas (shaved) to chicken mixture
(May reserve half can of soup to this mixture)
Bake uncovered for one half hour
Cranberry Salad:
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen, whipped topping, thawed
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Combine all ingredients and mix
Spoon into 7x11 inch dish and freeze
Strawberry Dessert:
Angel food cake
Fresh strawberries
Cool whip on top
