Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. American cheese
2 cups milk (2% or whole work best)
1 can rotel
tobasco sause (6-7 drops)
cilantro (to your taste)
garlic powder (to your taste)
Melt butter in pot or fondu pot. Cut cheese into medium size pieces (melts better this way). Start melting the cheese and add milk a little at a time. Stir frequently. Once cheese is melted and all milk is added, add all dry ingredients including ketchup. Add rotel and tobasco sauce last. Stir until mixed well and it`s ready to serve!
