Crossland Construction Company Awarded

COLUMBUS, KS.--- Crossland Construction Company officials were recognized earlier this month by the Associated General Contractors of America, or A.G.C. The company received 2nd place in the building division category as part of the Construction Safety Excellence Awards in Palm Springs, California.
Company leaders credit the award to adding programs like "stop accidents" in 2008. Employees go through at least 20 hours of safety training every year as part of the program. They also discuss and remind each other of safety practices before each day's workload begins.
