JOPLIN, MO.---- The Johnson, Vorhees, and Martucci Law Firm gave away 3,600 winter hats and sweatshirts. They were passed out to students at Emerson Elementary School. Organizers say they didn't want any child to go cold this winter, and they wanted to give back.

"We grew up here. I did and we've been trying to give back to the community every year we've been in practice and what we try to do is identify a need in the community and make a difference usually we focus is as children," states Scott Vorhees, Attorney.

Each hat and and shirt has a Joplin eagle embroidered on it.
