OSWEGO, KS -- Work is currently underway to move the officers and staff of the police department to the same building occupied by city hall. Oswego mayor Glenn Fischer says the work began about a month ago. Fischer says the building officers currently work out of simply is not big enough for the department.
"They didn't have good interrogation rooms, they didn't have storage for their evidence," Fischer says.
Work on the facility is expected to be completed in April.
