JOPLIN, MO.--- 6 NICU babies participated in the annual Children's Miracle Network Halloween Contest this afternoon. A team of judges from CMN rounded each room to view the adorable costumes including a ballerina, little red riding hood, and a biker baby. Winners received prizes such as a Diaper Genies, a book donated and written by a local author, and a handmade blanket.
