Webb City rolled to their 44th consecutive win, knocking off St. Mary's in St. Louis 47-7. Webb will shoot for their first three-peat next Saturday in the Show-Me Bowl.

In Lamar, the Tigers continued their streak of scoring 55+ in the playoffs, taking down Caruthersville at home 69-12. They'll join the Cardinals on Saturday, as they look for back-to-back state titles.

In Monett, the Cubs were playing in the semifinals for the first time since 1977. Unfortunately they ran into the number one team in Class 3, losing to John Burroughs 28-6 despite an outstanding effort defensively.

On the soccer side of things, Carthage came just a goal away from their first ever state title, but fall to St. Dominic 2-1. The second place finish is the best finish in school history.
