Webb City and Lamar's football teams are headed back to the Show-Me Bowl. Of the 12 teams from around the state that will make the trip to St. Louis, no other squad compares to the two representing Southwest Missouri when it comes to style points.

In five playoff games, Webb City has outscored their opponents 175-17 by halftime, which is an average halftime score of 35 to 3.2. Amazingly, Lamar's totals are even more stunning; combined halftime scores of 271-19, or an average of 54.2 to 3.8.

Again, that's just halfway through the contests, and both teams effectively call off the dogs in the final 24 minutes.
