JOPLIN, MO---Just before 7:00 this evening, Joplin police received a call about a truck on fire on I-44 at mile marker 0.6.  During the investigation, officers discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen from the southeast side of Joplin within the last 24 hours.  The truck's owner says he parked it in the driveway last night and when he looked this afternoon, it was gone.  Joplin police say someone set the truck on fire.
