Update: AT&T Wireless Outage

JOPLIN, MO.--- Just before 12:30 Thursday afternoon, officials at AT&T said service was restored.

Spokesperson Katie Nagus issued this statement: "Earlier today, some customers in Kansas and Western Missouri may have experienced issues with 3G wireless services. AT&T technicians quickly worked to resolve the issue, and service is currently running normally. We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers."

JOPLIN, MO--- Wireless AT&T customers in Missouri and Kansas are experiencing problems. A widespread outage is affecting voice and text communications. Officials with AT&T are working to get the service up and running.
