MISSOURI--- The judge struck down a Missouri health insurance law which required insurers to provide a policy without contraception coverage. The law was deemed unconstitutional because it conflicts with a federal mandate which requires insurers to cover birth control at no additional cost. The Missouri legislature overrode a veto by the governor to put the law into place last September.
