Toni Valliere and her other child Leon
Here I am with my other child, "Leon". Leon is not so much a baby anymore, he's
already 7 years old, but is still very puppy like with plenty of energy. He was
adopted and has brought much joy to our lives. Bulldogs are a very different
kind of breed, though. They shed, drool, snore and worst of all they pass a ton
of gas (and that may be the understatement of the year). Many people say "they
are so ugly they're cute" or "that's a face only a mother could love", but I
truly find bulldogs to be precious. Their faces are squishy, as are their bodies
and when Leon is sleeping his tongue sticks out of his mouth and dries up. It's
hilarious. I always tell people who want to get a bulldog to really check into
all that is involved. They are a very high maintenance breed, but so worth it if
you have the time and patience. Best of all, we are so pleased that Leon has
been a great big brother to our one year old son Cole. He especially enjoys all
the food Cole drops on the floor.
